How can I return/exchange an item?

We ask that you shop carefully as BlackHeart will not exchange or refund items purchased from the website unless they are faulty or damaged which you are than to follow the warranty process below. We can only accept product that are in new condition and are in the original packaging. Once the package has been received the product will be accessed and credit will be issued to the credit card used on the original order.
